Brief
The World Investment Forum takes place at a luxury resort to serve as a relaxed and scenic environment for discussion amongst investment communities. The task was to rebrand the event to bring it in line with FTSE Russell’s new rebranded identity.

FTSE’s new brand made use of the circle as a graphic tool to bring focus to small details. I wanted to create an identity that was relaxed and premium, without bringing to much of a corporate feel to a scenic environment. I sourced a toolkit of textures relevant to the forum’s venue, The Breakers, Palm Beach, comprising of sand, sea, shells, palm leaves etc. that could be applied in various graphic ways using the circle; focused, cropped, blurred and extended.

The result is an identity that can blend seamlessly with the environment, whilst building on FTSE Russell’s existing brand, and providing a template for future events, where textures can be selected and matched depending on the geographic location of future forums.
